A CATERING COMPANY THAT DELIVERS

Absolutely! We have catered to many outdoor locations like; Gas Works Park, Lake Sammamish State Park, Vasa Park Resort, and many others. The main factor will be accessibility for our team to be able to deliver and set up.

We offer full-service bar catering with a licensed bartender and the ability to serve beer, wine and cocktails.

We do only serve alcohol that we provide. We are unable to serve alcohol provided by the client.

We do not just rent out bartending staff.

We have served many group sizes, from 2 guests with our box lunches up to several thousand guests.

We do have some minimum requirements on select options:

• Box lunches have a minimum of 2 box lunches per order
• Our buffet packages have a minimum of 10 guests per package (20 guests minimum for picnic or holiday buffet packages)
• For staffed events we do require a minimum of $1,500 for the order in order to have a bartender or server stay on site.
• Hors d’oeuvres selections have a minimum of 2 dozen per item.

We are closed and do not offer services on Sunday/Holiday weekends.

For Saturday requests, they are accepted on a case-by-case basis with the following conditions:

• Saturday requests carry a minimum of $2000 per order as we do have to bring in kitchen and delivery staff on a typically closed day.

We do have several offerings available that are vegetarian, vegan, or free of gluten on our menu. Please let us know what you are needing and our coordinator team can work something up for you.

We do have to stipulate that we are not an allergen-free facility, so although we make every effort to avoid it, we cannot eliminate the risk of cross-contamination entirely.

Our buffet packages are inclusive of the setup of your buffet with buffet linens, chafing dishes to keep food items warm, serving utensils and our heavyweight sugar cane plates, 100% recycled napkins and plant starch cutlery.

We have free delivery from Renton to Everett and East to Issaquah. If you are outside of those delivery areas, we can still offer services with a delivery fee. Please reach out to one of our event coordinators for more details.

We do also operate within normal business hours of 6AM to 5PM, any requests outside of those hours may have additional after-hours fees associated with that request. Your event coordinator can clarify for your specific order.

We are fully licensed and also have our alcohol endorsement so you would not need any additional licenses or permits with our services. The most commonly requested permit is a banquet permit and is only required if they don’t already have the licensing/permits that we already have.

We specialize in corporate or office catering, but have catered several weddings as well. We do not offer plated catering, so if you are seeking a buffet-style caterer for your wedding, we can absolutely do that.

Some other services that we do not offer that some weddings look for are: cake cutting or champagne toast.

We do not carry in house items for rent, but can coordinate for those rentals via a third-party rental company.

A 72-hour notice is preferred for most requests, however, we do allow for last-minute orders based on availability.

If any dates have a darker color, that day is limited availability and you would need to call our offices at 425-825-7230 to determine availability.

Our buffet packages do include plates, napkins and utensils.

If ordering trays/bowls or items a la carte, they do not include those items and would need to be requested, or selected in the online order. (This can be found under “Beverages & Extras” and then the lower half under “Beverages & Disposable”, “Eco-Friendly Dining Utensils.”)

Tables can absolutely be provided for the buffet. The majority of our clients have tables or counters on site for setup so we do not automatically bring the tables for the buffet but can do so if requested when placing your order.

We have a wide range of availability and can be flexible. Please reach out to an event coordinator to discuss your specific needs. On average, our most common delivery window is 6AM to 5PM.
